Key Changes and Requirements
1. Payment Structure for Digital Certification Applications (DCAs)
Effective 01.02.2025, MTIs are required to make payments for certificate credits via the DCA portal.
- Cost per certificate: ₹36 (plus applicable taxes)
- Vendor: M/s. ARI
- Payment method: Secure payment gateway on the DCA portal
2. Operational Process
MTIs must log in to the DCA portal using their e-Governance credentials to purchase certificate credits.
- Steps: Select desired credits, complete payment, access receipt and order details

3. Responsibilities of MTI Course In-Charge and Principals
Ensure certificate credits are available before initiating the digital signing process. The DCA portal will restrict issuance if insufficient credits are available.
