Key Changes and Requirements
1. National Contact Points — MSC-MEPC.6/Circ.23
This circular provides the updated list of national operational contact points responsible for receiving, transmitting, and processing urgent reports on incidents involving harmful substances, including oil from ships to coastal States.
- Action Required: Check and update your respective information in the Global Integrated Shipping Information Systems (GISIS) using the reporting facilities of the Contact Points module.

Member Governments are requested to provide information on any changes or additions to the lists of contact points by directly updating the relevant information in the Contact Points module of GISIS.
