1. Extension of Date for Possessing Valid Passport
The date for possessing a valid passport has been extended to 31.03.2009 for crew of sailing vessels.
- Reason: Due to the ongoing sailing season and difficulties in ensuring compliance.
Action Required: All concerned Sailing Vessels Associations and Regional Officers (Sails) must strictly monitor compliance progress.
Important Note
Non-compliance may result in vessels not being allowed to sail. Ensure all crew possess valid passports by 31.03.2009.
