Key Changes and Requirements
1. Lifting of Temporary Ban
The temporary ban on new approvals and increase in intake capacity of all Preparatory Courses has been lifted.
- Effect: New approvals and increased intake capacity for Preparatory Courses are now allowed.

This circular supersedes Training Circular No. 05 of 2007 and is effective from the date of issue.
