Replacement of Continuous Discharge Certificate-cum-Seafarers Identity Document (CDC issued under M.S. (CDC) Rules, 1960.

Key Changes and Requirements
1. Extension of Cut-off Date
The cut-off date for applying for new CDCs has been extended to 31.03.2009.
2. Application Procedure
- a. Verify old CDC details with office records.
- b. Retain unique CDC number of the old CDC.
- c. Receive applications by post and issue CDC by post.
- d. Check receipt documents like Certificate of Competency, modular course certificates, or passport.
Important Note
Applications received after the extended cut-off date will not be entertained.
