Ship Masters should report inadequacies in port waste reception facilities using the simplified reporting form issued by IMO.
- Reporting Authority: The Chief Surveyor with the Government of India, Directorate General of Shipping, Mumbai
- Reporting Format: Use the form enclosed with this circular or download from IMO
2. Company Procedures
Shipping companies should include procedures for reporting port reception facility inadequacies in their shipboard operations manuals.
