Key Changes and Requirements
1. Inspection Exemption Criteria
Inspection of branch offices may be exempted if the following criteria are met:
- a. Centralized processing system at Head Office in India
- b. Strict control and supervision from Head Office
- c. Branch offices for seafarer facilitation only
- d. Complete records available at Head Office
- e. Managing Director's declaration/undertaking
