Key Changes and Requirements
1. Submission of Form IIIA
RPS providers are required to submit a separate Form IIIA every month to monitor workload and trace RPS providers in case of seafarer injury, missing, or death.
- Submission Method: Online, via DG Shipping website
- Deadline: Not later than monthly basis
- Username & Password: Obtain by sending an email to kris@dgshipping.com or savita@dgshipping.com latest by 25th January, 07
2. Discontinuation of Form IV
RPS providers are not required to submit Form IV subsequent to the requirement of submission of Form IIIA.
II/4 Form IIIA is available online from 1st February, 2007
Important Note
All RPS providers are advised to fill in the required data on Form IIIA online, on daily or weekly but not later than monthly basis.
