Key Changes and Requirements
1. Course Approval and Inspection
A committee appointed by the Director General of Shipping will inspect the simulator and its configuration to ensure the course can be conducted according to the guidelines.
- Inspection Committee: Appointed by the Director General of Shipping
- Inspection Aim: Ensure simulator configuration aligns with guidelines
2. Compliance and Enforcement
Training institutes are expected to follow these guidelines strictly.
- Compliance: Mandatory for training institutes
Important Note
Non-compliance may result in penalties or suspension of training approval.
