1. New Guidelines Issued — Training Circular No.21 of 2006
The DGS has finalized new guidelines for the "Chemical Cargo and Ballast Water Handling Simulator Course (Operation Level)" after consultation with training institutes and employers.
- Course Aim: To provide uniform training, amenities, and equipment across all institutes.
- Implementation: Guidelines to be followed in letter and spirit by all training institutes.
