1. New Guidelines
The DGS has finalized new guidelines for the "Chemical Cargo and Ballast Water Handling Simulator Course (Management Level)" to ensure uniformity in training facilities and equipment across all institutes.
- Course Aim: To provide management-level training on chemical cargo and ballast water handling using simulators.
- Effective Date: 1st January, 2007
II/4 Training Institutes are expected to follow these guidelines in letter and spirit.
