Key Changes and Requirements
1. Last Date for CDC Applications
The last date for receiving applications for Continuous Discharge Certificates (CDCs) under Rule 4(10) is 31st December 2006.
- Eligibility: Minimum 24 months sea experience on board any flag vessel not less than 200 tonnes, as on 28.2.2003.
- Note: No requests for further extension of dates will be entertained.
Important:
Applicants should take all efforts to apply for CDCs latest by 31st December 2006.
