Key Changes and Requirements
1. Extension of Benchmarking Deadline
The deadline for mandatory benchmarking of Pre-Sea courses has been extended to 28.2.2006.
- Action Required: Ensure all Pre-Sea courses and 4 basic STCW courses are graded by the new deadline.
Grading Agencies: CRISIL, ICRA, CARE
