Key Changes and Requirements

1. Result Sheet Format Update

Ensure that the result sheet has a 5.5 cm space at the bottom for the examiner's signature.

  • Action: Leave a 5.5 cm space at the bottom of the result sheet for the examiner's signature.
  • Submission: Duly sign the result sheet and submit it along with EXN-37BC.

2. Electronic Submission of Results

Results, including EXN-37BC, must be forwarded in both hard copy and electronic form.

  • Action: Forward EXN-37BC in both hard and soft copy.

Important Note

Ensure that the complete rotation number is entered on the 15R only.
