Key Changes and Requirements
1. Bank Guarantee Format and Submission
Recruitment services must submit a bank guarantee along with their application for a licence. The guarantee must adhere to the format enclosed with this notice.
- Amount: As per the table in rule 4(12)
- Validity: 5 years
2. Scrutiny of Applications
Seamen's Employment Offices in Mumbai, Kolkata, and Chennai are to scrutinize applications and ensure bank guarantees adhere to the prescribed format.
