Key Changes and Requirements
1. CDC Replacement Deadline Extended
The deadline for replacing CDCs issued under M.S. (CDC) Rules, 1960 has been extended to 31.12.2006.
2. Final Opportunity
This is the final opportunity to replace CDCs. No further extensions will be entertained.
Action Required: All seafarers must replace their CDCs before 31.12.2006.

Representative organizations of ship owners, seafarers, and shipping companies are requested to give wide publicity to ensure all seafarers comply with this notice.
