Key Changes and Requirements
1. Extension of Last Date for Joining
Due to heavy rains and floods, the last date for candidates to join training institutes has been extended to 20th August, 2005.
2. Additional Classes and Tutorials
Training institutes must conduct additional classes on weekends and hold tutorials after working hours to make up for lost time.
3. Submission of Details and Form I
Training institutes must submit details of candidates joining to IGNOU and Directorate by 21st August, 2005, and Form I to Shipping Master by close of working hours on 22nd August, 2005.
No condonation of late submission of Form I shall be granted. Any deviation from the above instructions will be viewed seriously in terms of DGS order 1 of 2003.
