Key Changes and Requirements
1. Examination Changes
Candidates can now take written papers for Marine Electro Technology and Ship Construction and Stability before or after OICEW training.
- Duration: 3 hours each
- Timing: Same as Class IV Part B examination
- Oral Exams: Conducted after OICEW training
Note: Candidates can choose to take the written exams before or after their OICEW training period.

Examiners are instructed to comply with this circular effective from 1st August 2005.
