Key Changes and Requirements
1. Complete Application
Ensure all relevant certificates, documents, and correct fee are submitted.
- Documents: All required statutory certificates
- Fee: Correct and up-to-date
2. Accurate Charter Details
Provide correct and realistic laycan, load/discharge ports, quantity, and name of cargo.
3. Timely Submission
Submit applications well within the stipulated period as per SD Circular No. 2 of 2002.
Important Note
Incomplete or incorrect applications may result in summary rejection and forfeiture of fee. Applicants may need to resubmit with fresh NOC from INSA.
