1. Application Form (EXN-3) Handling
When accepting the application form (EXN-3) from candidates, follow these steps:
- Retain Originals: Retain only the original EXN-45. Do not retain other original documents.
- Take Xerox Copies: Take xerox copies of all documents from the candidate.
- Authenticate Copies: Check the copies with the originals and authenticate them.
- Submit Copies: Submit these copies as documents wherever required.
- Issue Certificates: If the candidate passes the exam and requires a higher-grade certificate, take the hard cover and EXN-45. Only then issue the blue chit (EXN-15).
- Send Documents: Send the EXN-3 form, EXN-45, and the hard cover/blue chit of the previous certificate to D.G. Shipping for making the hard cover.
