Key Changes and Requirements
1. Course Details
The first revalidation course for Engineer officers will commence in October 2003 at the Lal Bahadur Shastri College of Advance Maritime Studies & Research (LBS CAMSAR).
2. Eligibility and Pre-requisites
Maritime training institutes conducting MEO Class IV and MEO Class II courses are eligible to apply for approval to conduct the revalidation course.
- Application Details: Annex - III
- Application Fee: Rs. 2,500/-
- Photographs: Three copies of 30mm x 25mm size colour photographs

Important Note
Engineer officers who have not upgraded their certificates to STCW’95 standards must complete a 4-day refresher course before the revalidation course.
