Key Changes and Requirements
1. Rate Revision for Digital Certification Application (DCA)
The rate for Digital Certification Application (DCA) by MTIs has been revised. Effective 01.09.2026, the vendor ARI will charge ₹40 (plus applicable taxes) per certificate directly from DG Maritime Administration-approved MTIs.
- New Rate: ₹40 per certificate (plus applicable taxes)
- Old Rate: ₹36 per certificate (plus applicable taxes)
2. Payment Process and Compliance
MTIs must make payments for certificate credits via the DCA portal. Each certificate issued will incur the new cost of ₹40 (plus applicable taxes), payable directly to M/s. ARI. Non-compliance may result in administrative action.
- Payment Mode: Secure payment gateway via DCA portal
- Penalty for Non-Compliance: Administrative action as per Directorate Guidelines
Compliance with the above instructions is mandatory. Non-adherence may result in administrative action as per the Guidelines issued by the Directorate.
