Key Changes and Requirements
1. Correction / Deletion / Updation of Entries
RPS / Shipping Companies can now update seafarer's data in FORM-I and Article of Agreement. However, no incorrect entries shall be deleted/modified without proper investigation.
- Penalty for late updation: Rs. 1,000 per updation
- Documents required for updation: Company's request letter, CDC, passport, employment agreement, and Bharatkosh payment receipt
- Submission of documents: To jurisdictional DSEO/SM and crews-dgs@nic.in

Important Note
Failure to update Sign-on date / Sign-off date within the prescribed time period may result in penalties and submission of required documents.
