Key Changes and Requirements
1. Mandatory Training
All seafarers must complete the mandatory training course on 'Safety of High-Speed Craft' before 2024-02-28.
- Course Duration: 4 hours

2. Certificate Validation
Seafarers must validate their certificates on the DGS website before 2024-03-31.
