Key Changes and Requirements
1. Mandatory Online Training — Maritime Labour Convention, 2006
All Indian seafarers must complete mandatory online training modules on the CMMI portal.
- Deadline: 30th April 2024
- Penalty: Non-compliance may result in suspension of certificate of competency.
