Key Changes and Requirements

1. Amendments to 2008 IS Code

The 2008 International Code on Intact Stability (2008 IS Code) has been amended. The amendments are effective immediately and apply to all Indian vessels.

Amendments: MSC.267(85), MSC.319(90), MSC.345(91), MSC.384(94), MSC.413(97), MSC.414(97), MSC.443(99), MSC.444(99)
Effective Date: Immediate
