1. Guidance on "To the Satisfaction of Administration"
The MS Notice provides guidance on implementing requirements containing references to "to the satisfaction of the Administration" or "to be specified by the Administration" in SOLAS 1974, as amended, International Convention on Load Lines, 1966, as amended, and MARPOL 1973/78, as amended.
