1. Thematic Committees
The following thematic committees have been constituted under the overall guidance of the Joint Chairpersons to ensure effective implementation of Sagar Mein Samman (SMS) - Phase II:
- Capacity Building Committee - Led by Capt. Anuradha Jha and Mrs. Rajshree Verma
- Outreach Committee - Led by Capt. Ashutosh Apandkar and Mrs. Bharati Bhandarkar
- Training Modules Development Committee - Led by Dr. Delna Shroff and Mrs. Archana Sangal
- Monitoring, Evaluation and Review Committee - Led by Ms. Priyanka Gupta and Ms. Priti Singh
- Institutional Framework and Governance Committee - Led by Ms. Sandhya Pillai and Ms. Aishwarya Pilankar
2. Committee-wise Objectives, Roles and Responsibilities
Each committee has specific objectives, roles, and responsibilities as outlined in the annexure of the circular. They shall function in close coordination with the Directorate General of Shipping and the Management and Committee Leads.
