Key Changes and Requirements
1. Constitution of Complaint Committee
The Competent Authority has constituted a Complaint Committee for seafarers with immediate effect and until further orders or up to one year, whichever is earlier.
- Composition: The committee consists of the following members:

2. Complaint Submission
The Complaint Committee shall deliberate on the complaints received off the 'Circular' portal on Director General of Shipping's e-Governance module.
