Key Changes and Requirements
1. Exemptions for Certain Vessels
This corrigendum exempts the following vessels from the DGS Order 06 of 2023:
- Exempted Vessels: Passenger Vessels, FPSO, FSO, Highly Specialized Vessels, Drilling/Production units certified under MODU/SPS Code
2. Compliance Timeline for New Vessels
For new acquisitions, vessels have until the next drydock survey to comply with the qualitative norms outlined in Annexure-I of the DGS Order 06 of 2023.

Important Note
Non-compliance with the conditions specified in the relevant column may result in the withdrawal of the General Trading License (GTL) for the vessel.
