Key Changes and Requirements
1. Admission Eligibility
Students who passed Class 10 in Tamil Nadu in 2021 with a 'PASS' result can now apply for General Purpose Rating (GP Rating) and Certificate Course in Maritime Catering (CCMC) in Maritime Training Institutes.
- Eligible Courses: GP Rating, CCMC
- Eligible Students: Those who passed Class 10 in Tamil Nadu in 2021 with 'PASS' result
2. Application Process
Students should fill 50% marks in English and 50% in Total marks fields of the IMU-CET application and proceed further.
- IMU-CET Application: Fill 50% marks in English and 50% in Total marks fields
Note: This decision is based on the conditions mentioned in the Training Circular No. 12 of 2020.
