Key Changes and Requirements
1. Prohibition of Political Influence
It has been observed that officers/staff are using political influence for transfers/postings near their hometown, violating CCS (Conduct) Rules, 1964.
- Action Required: Strict compliance with CCS (Conduct) Rules, 1964, which prohibits using political or other outside influence to further personal interests in service matters.
- Consequences of Non-compliance: Disciplinary action will be taken as per rules.
