1. Defaulter Companies
- Companies: Mercator Ltd., Tag Offshore Ltd., Pratibha Shipping Co., Vindyawasini Marine Services Pvt. Ltd., Chinar Ship & Infrastructure (I) Pvt. Ltd.
2. Action Required
Seafarers who worked for the above companies and have unpaid provident fund contributions should approach the SPFO office with documentary evidence such as CDC book, Portage Bill, Account of Wages, and copy of Article of Agreement.
