Key Changes and Requirements
1. Clarification on Debarment Period
The debarment period for applying to Government shipping offices for fresh Continuous Discharge Certificates (CDCs) has been clarified.
- New Debarment Period: From the date of receipt of fake application, not the date of issue of CDC.
Note: All other terms and conditions of the superseded circular remain unchanged.

This circular has been approved by the Director General of Shipping & Additional Secretary to the Govt. of India.
