Key Changes and Requirements
1. Extension of Deadlines
Deadlines for repeating training courses and applying for e-migrant facility restoration have been extended.
- New Deadline: 31.12.2021
2. Surrender of Wrongly Obtained Certificates
Seafarers can surrender wrongly obtained certificates till 31.08.2021 and repeat courses without debarment by 31.12.2021.
Surrender after 31.08.2021 will attract debarment as per MS (CDC - cum - SID) Rules.
Note: The extended deadlines apply only to those who have not yet repeated their training courses.
Important Note
Seafarers are advised to comply with the extended deadlines to avoid debarment and loss of e-migrant facility.
