1. Authorization of Recognized Organizations

** **

Recognized Organizations (ROs) listed in Annex-I are authorized to carry out surveys and issue Statements of Compliance (SOC) on behalf of the DGS. They must comply with DGS Order No.06 of 2013, existing agreements, and M.S. Notice 09 of 2012 for administrative fees.

2. Survey, Issuance, Endorsement, and Validity of SOC

SOCs are valid for five years and can be renewed or endorsed as per the guidelines. Initial, renewal, and additional surveys are required to maintain compliance with the HKC.
