Key Changes and Requirements
1. Expediting COC Issue Process
Immediate measures to prevent delays in COC issuance:
- 1.1 Send final register to DGS immediately after candidate completes all requirements.
- 1.2 Compile and send results to Chief Examiner of Engineers at the end of the month. Results can be declared earlier at centers.
- 1.3 Issue model answer papers and coded answer sheets the next day (or same day if possible).
- 1.4 Maintain a log of activities and send updates to the Directorate. Conduct "in-house" monitoring to avoid bottlenecks.

Non-compliance may lead to delays in COC issuance. Regular monitoring and timely updates are crucial.
