- Reason: Non-compliance with M.S. (R&PS) Rules, 2016, failure to honour directives, and causing hardship to Indian seafarers.
- Affected Parties: M/s Doris Marine Services Pvt. Ltd., Shri Shashikant Ojha (DIN No. 01981802), and Shri Dilip Diwaker Manjrekar (DIN No. 07515288).
- Notifications: Notified to relevant authorities, including Directorate General of Shipping, Mumbai, and Ministry of Corporate Affairs, Mumbai.
