Key Changes and Requirements
1. Launch of E-module for reporting arrival in India
An e-module has been launched to report the arrival of Indian seafarers in India after their repatriation from foreign ports/ships due to the Covid-19 pandemic.
- Access the module: Visit www.dgshipping.gov.in, go to 'eGovernance' tab, and follow the instructions in Annexure-I.
- Update arrival details: Enter INDOS, view details, and update the 'Arrival in India' menu with the required information.
- Submit details: Enter the details and click on 'Submit for repatriation'.
