A survey on "Gender Diversity and Impact on Performance in the Maritime Industry" is being conducted by Ms. Sanjam Sahi Gupta, supported by the Consul General of the Kingdom of the Netherlands.
- Objectives: To analyze companies' policies linking profitability, productivity, and workforce diversity, highlighting case studies and understanding the link between profitability and gender diversity.
- Additional Topic: Impact of COVID-19 on the industry and opportunities it creates for women.
2. Participation — Indian Maritime Industry Stakeholders
