Key Changes and Requirements
1. Clarification on Effective Date
The notice will come into force immediately for paragraph 5(i). For paragraphs 5(ii) to 5(iv), ship owners should update DMLC Part I and II by 30th June 2020, but the certificate will be inspected during the next inspection (intermediate or renewal) due for the ship, whichever is earlier.
