Key Changes and Requirements
1. Sea Service Assessment
Sea service on vessels powered by main propulsion machinery of 750 KW and above will be counted in full as qualifying sea service, regardless of the area of operation.
- Vessels < 750 KW: Sea service will be counted at a rate of 2/3.
