Key Changes and Requirements
1. Oral Examination Waiver
The requirement for oral examinations to be passed within 18 months of the written examination, as per Para 9.6 of Section M-III/9 of META Manual Volume I, is no longer applicable for any grade of Marine Engineer Officer Examinations from the date of this circular.
