1. Deployment of Shri Shambhu Prasad Sinha

Shri Shambhu Prasad Sinha, Senior Private Secretary from the office of the Seamen's Provident Fund Organisation (SPFO), has been deployed to the Directorate General of Shipping (DGS).

• Position: Attached to the Crew Branch of the DGS
• Supervision: Under the direct supervision of Capt. Pooran Chand Meena, Nautical Surveyor-cum-Deputy Director General (Technical)
• Responsibilities: Look after the work relating to the Grievance Redressal 24x7 Module, with specific emphasis on matters pertaining to the Help Desk

2. Deployment Objectives and Duration

The deployment is made in the administrative interest and to ensure efficient, effective, and uninterrupted functioning of the Grievance Redressal mechanism. This deployment shall take effect immediately and shall remain in force until further orders.

3. Reporting Requirements

The officer shall submit the handing over and taking over charge reports to the Deputy Director General ofShipping (Personnel Branch) for record and necessary action.
