Key Changes and Requirements

The DGS has finalized the SMS Five-Year Action Plan to promote gender equality and inclusion in the maritime sector.

Implementation: Pursuant to an MoU between DGS and MUI, with MUI as the sole investor.
Phased Implementation: Action Plan will be implemented in five phases from 2025 to 2030.
Key Activities: Brand establishment, workshops, policy launch, awareness initiatives, infrastructure upgrades, scholarships, and leadership programs.
