Key Changes and Requirements
1. MTO Registration & Renewal
MTOs can now register and renew their licenses online through the e-Samudra Portal.
- Key Steps: Login/Registration, Fill Application Form, Draft Saving/Editing, Declaration, Payment, Final Submission.
- Note: Duplicate application prevention and notification systems are in place.
2. MTO Name/Address Change
MTOs can now apply for name/address change online through the e-Samudra Portal following the same process as registration/renewal.
II/4 MTO Registration - Indian & Foreign
- Applicant Details, GST/TAN, Documents, Contact, Registered Office, Overseas Agent's Details, Financial Details, Form Preview, Application Fees, BharatKosh Payment Process, Apply for Registration, Insurance Details.

Ensure all documents are in compliance with the relevant rules and regulations. Incomplete or incorrect applications may be rejected.
