1. Appointment Details — Stenographer Grade-D
Shri Sanjay Mourya has been provisionally appointed as Stenographer Grade-D in the Directorate General of Shipping, Ministry of Shipping GoI.
- Appointment Subject To: Satisfactory medical report, verification of character antecedents, submission of self-declaration attestation form, and other conditions mentioned in the circular.
- Probation Period: 2 years, extendable or curtailable at the discretion of the competent authority.
- Termination: Possible during probation and thereafter with one month's notice or payment of one month's pay and allowances.
2. Application Steps and Compliance Obligations — For the Appointee
The appointee should:
- Submit: Certificate of fitness from the competent Medical Authority, encroosed attestation form with latest passport size photograph, character certificates from two serving Gazetted officers, declaration regarding marital status, and other required certificates.
- Take: An oath of allegiance/faithfulness to the constitution of India or make a solemn affirmation to the effect.
- State: Whether under obligation to serve another Central Government Department, State Government, or any other authority.
II/4 The appointment is provisional and subject to caste/tribe/community certificate verification. False or fraudulent certificates may result in termination of service.

Furnishing false information or suppression of factual information in the attestation form may result in disqualification and termination of service.
