1. Appointment Details

Shri Sourabh Prajapati is provisionally appointed as Stenographer Grade-D in the Directorate General of Shipping, Ministry of Shipping, GoI.

• Post: Stenographer Grade-D
• Level: 4 of Pay Matrix, Level 25,500/-
• Appointment Subject To: Medical Report, Police Verification, and Submission of Self Declaration Attestation Form

2. Terms and Conditions of Appointment

• Probation Period: 2 years, extendable or curtailable at the discretion of the competent authority
• Termination: Subject to termination by the appointing authority at any time during the probation period and thereafter, with one month's notice on either side
• Further Appointment: Subject to the condition mentioned in para 12(3) of the Staff Selection Commission notice

3. Compliance Obligations

• Medical Certificate: Production of certificate of fitness from the competent medical authority
• Character Certificates: Submission of two character certificates from serving Gazetted officers of Central/State Government
• Caste Certificate: Submission of caste certificate from the competent authority
• Declaration: Submission of declaration regarding the number of wives living and not having more than one wife living
• Educational Qualifications: Production of original certificates together with an attested copy of each
