Key Changes and Requirements
1. Admission Schedule
The Directorate has prepared yearly schedules for MEO Class-I and MEO Class-II preparatory courses to facilitate seafarers and MTIs.
- MEO Class-I: Six batches per year, each of two months duration.
- MEO Class-II: Three batches per year, each of four months duration.
2. Batch Details and Admission
MTIs are directed to strictly follow the yearly schedule given in the annexure. The approved intake capacity per batch shall not be exceeded.

Important Note
MTIs must upload batch details using the specific batch number mentioned in the schedule.
