Key Changes and Requirements

The guidelines regarding handling of anonymous and pseudonymous complaints have been reiterated.

Anonymous Complaints: No action required, simply file them.
Vague Allegations: File without verification of complainant's identity.
Verifiable Allegations: Cognizance may be taken with competent authority's approval. Send to complainant for response.
